Malted Barley and Corn before they mature it in Charred Oak Barrels for a minimum of 15 years

This release is based on the Fenney Street Classic Gin which takes the same 13 original botanicals and adds Apples and Fresh Raspberries to create a wonderfully Summery Refreshing Gin with lots of Red Berry notes throughout and hints of Apples and Juniper
